Fees in. Bid. Take the pot.
Launch a coin and its fees go to auction. Every coin on POT is a pump.fun launch paired with an asset you choose — a stock like TSLAx, a major, a meme — and its creator fees are collected into a house and sold as a lot every few minutes. Bidders pay in the coin. The winning bid burns. Losing bids come straight back. You set your cut at launch, and nobody can change it after.
The first house opens here.
The POT program is not deployed yet. Houses appear here the moment the first coin launches.
Launch a coinFour movements, every lot
- Fees land in the houseEvery trade on pump.fun pays the coin's creator tax, up to 3%, in its pair asset. The coin's creator is the house itself, so nobody can point the fees anywhere else.
- A fifth goes to the $POT burner20% of every fresh fee moves to the burner for that pair asset, which auctions it for $POT and burns the winning bid. The other 80% becomes the lot.
- The room bids in the coinBids are held, never spent. Each beats the last by 1%. A bid in the final seconds pushes the hammer back.
- The hammer fallsThe winner takes the pot in the pair asset, the creator takes their cut, whoever settled takes 2.5% — and the winning bid burns.
A buyback that lets the market name its own price.
Most coins buy their own token back with a bot. The bot pays whatever the curve asks, eats the slippage, and can be seen coming. Here the auction is the buyback: bidders compete to convert the pot, so the burn happens at a price the room agreed on — and the house never buys, it only sells what it took.
Pair it with a stock and the pot is a stock. Every lot prints what that pot was worth next to what the winner actually paid in the coin. That premium, published every few minutes, is the whole argument.
20% of every fee, from every house, is auctioned for $POT and burned.
Each pair asset has one burner. Every house sends it a fifth of its fresh fees, and once $POT launches the burner sells what it holds to the highest bid in $POT every five minutes — and burns that bid. Until then it simply accumulates. $POT itself is a plain pump.fun coin whose creator rewards fund development and audits; it is the one coin here that is not auctioned.
